Color
Green-yellow colour, the wine also seems to have a very delicate bubble structure. (funny enough)

The Nose
The aromas are, elderflower, unripe banana, red school apples, pear, fresh pineapple, honey melon, lime zest, rainy day kinda minerality, a bit of white pepper and white Lillies.

The Palette
This wine is in great balance, it has a medium+ acidity, a fat viscosity & a red thread from the nose to the palette, in this sweet wine the aromas are, honey melon, pineapple, red school apples, pear, elderflower, conserved peach, a bit dusty, buttercup, ovenbaked lemon & neutral yoghurt.
