This German wine, aged to perfection, exudes remarkable quality and features the rare Kanzler grape, known to only a select few.

Color
The wine displays a stunning deep lemon soda hue, accompanied by thick legs. As a 2011 vintage, it contains some sediment, so it’s recommended to filter the wine before pouring to prevent any sediment from reaching the glass.

The Nose
This wine is truly exceptional, offering a delightful bouquet of pineapple-like white gummy bears, sweet lemon, pear, nectarine, red apples, white lilies, and a hint of salty minerality.

The nose is undeniably a six-star experience!

The Palette
This wine is semi-dry with an excellent balance, featuring medium acidity and medium-plus viscosity. The aromas are a delightful mix of white gummi bear (pineapple), overripe lemon, preserved peaches, red apple juice, and mandarin zest. While the palette is impressive, it falls short of perfection as the finish is unfortunately brief.
