The Palette
The wine boasts a pleasing balance, with medium-plus acidity and fine, intense bubbles that envelop the palate.

The aromas showcase gooseberries and unripe strawberries, along with raspberries and blueberries, lending a crisp character to the wine. There are also hints of resin.
